At Modulus, we offer the mentioned services to keep the parents informed and updated about their ward's performance and attendance.

Student's Attendance in Regular Classes:

We do take the attendance of students coming to the class on a daily basis. Any student whosoever is found absent in the class without any prior intimation or a sanctioned leave then a SMS will be sent on the parent's mobile number of that student intimating them about their wards absence. In case, of a long absenteeism, the parents are informed telephonically. The same procedure is followed in the periodic tests.

Student's Academic Performance:

A Personal telephonic communication to the parents about the wards performance is also made by the institute. Result of each test is sent by text messages to the registered phone number of parents.

Process for Admission at MODULUS includes:

  • Collect information In a student success, important role played by played by the faculty, the teacher or the coach, hence Modulus is having one of the best faculty team across Rajasthan in terms of knowledge, coaching experience and qualification.
  • Purchase and fill application form from MODULUS study centers for 1500/-.
  • Submit Application Form at modulus study center. You need to affix one passport size latest photograph on application form. In case you are qualified for any scholarship please contact at MODULUS study center. Also you need to submit Marksheet of 10th class or 12th class along with one Photo id proof of either student or parent at the time of submitting Application form. Photo Id may include Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License or Voter Id card.
  • Pay your course fee by visiting your nearest MODULUS study center to pay your fee via Cheque and DD or through Credit Card-Debit Card. Please keep the fee receipt with you and bring it to MODULUS Center for reference.
  • Collect your accessories i.e. uniform, bag, ID card etc.
There is no process for changing the batch. Batches are allotted on the basis of their test performance. However if there is any genuine reason then student have to submit a written application to floor in charge.

Note:

  • Refund amount would be paid via bank transfer within 1 month of cancellation of admission.
  • Refund request through E-mail / fax/ Telephone / mobile / SMS will not be entertained. Refund request will be processed for those students, who will submit the refund request in the prescribed form available at office.
  • Registration fee is non - refundable.
  • A scholarship of 10% will be given to ward of defence person and policeman.
  • Two or more than two wards of a parent (real brothers, real sisters or brother-sister) will be given a scholarship of 10% to each student.
  • 20% scholarship will be given to the fatherless children and for physically handicapped students.
  • 5% discounts over total fee will be given if total fee is paid at the time of admission.
